Celebrating May 1st 2025 at INOVCAMEROON: A Day of Cohesion, Dialogue and Recognition
May 1st, International Workers' Day, is much more than a symbolic date at INOV CAMEROON. Once again this year, the company's general management has chosen to make it a real opportunity for cohesion, exchange and human development, where every employee is honored. From sporting activities to inspiring round-table discussions and prize-giving, here's a look back at a day rich in emotion and learning.
A morning of sport and cohesion
The day began at 7:30 a.m. with a general gathering, in an atmosphere full of energy and good humor. All staff - employees, trainees and management - turned out to take part in a sports program designed to strengthen team spirit and promote physical well-being.
At 7:45 a.m., participants began a group jogging session, followed by guided stretching exercises, creating a dynamic and inclusive atmosphere. After a short break for refreshments, the pitch gave way to a highlight: the soccer match pitting the INOV staff team against the trainee team. This friendly but much-anticipated match demonstrated not only everyone's sporting talent, but above all a true spirit of collaboration, respect and solidarity.
The sporting morning ended with a well-deserved break, during which everyone had an opportunity for informal exchanges, reinforcing the bonds created beyond professional roles.
An afternoon of reflection, inspiration and value
At 4:00 pm, the second part of the day began with a thematic round table, a central moment for collective reflection and alignment with the company's vision. INOV CAMEROON's Managing Director opened the session with a heartfelt and inspiring welcome. In a twenty-minute presentation, she outlined INOV CAMEROON's strategic vision, emphasizing the role of each player in building collective success.
At the heart of this meeting, a striking testimonial from Mr. NZALLI, manager at INOV CAMEROON, captivated the audience:

The most eagerly awaited moment came at the end of the session: the award ceremony.
Some employees who had shown remarkable commitment received a bonus. This strong gesture, both symbolic and motivating, aroused a wave of emotion and collective pride.
A convivial buffet to round off the day in style
The day continued at 6:00 pm with the opening of a generous buffet, open to all participants. This festive and relaxed moment allowed everyone to get together in a warm atmosphere, extend discussions, and enjoy a well-deserved moment of relaxation after a rich and busy day.
The day ended with a closing address from the Managing Director, in which he emphasized the quality of the discussions, the commitment of all involved, and the importance of these collective moments in the life of a company.
